contact/photo/download - Returns the content of a photo of a contact.

Method parameters:
id - The ID of the contact to download the photo of.

Returns binary data - the photo in PNG format.

Expected errors:
CONTACT_NOT_FOUND - A contact with the ID doesn't exist.
NO_PHOTO - The contact doesn't have a photo.
